Vapefly Brunhilde MTL RTA
Vapefly Brunhilde MTL RTA
Today, my guest is a cigarette holder, and also difficult – the original one. The topic of MTL always attracts a lot of attention, and when it uses any extraordinary solutions – even more so. So our guest decided to revive the old, as it turned out, unforgettable traditions.

The guest exterior is somewhat pompous – this is due to the metal “cup holder” with engraved. He certainly gives the tank an originality. I assume that visually this is what he will catch most of the users. The dimensions are very decent – and here I don’t even know whether it’s worth paying such a price for the buns offered by the novelty. Let’s try to figure it out.
There are two drip types in the set, both landing 510th. Their height varies, but the inner diameter seems to be the same. The smaller one is quite good, but it is occasionally soldered with condensate, although I would not call the inner hole small. But I liked the tall one much more – he copes with condensation and protects his lips from “burns”. Yes, the tank is expectedly heated in the upper part, but not so much straight.
The dome sits on the base movably, the internal processing is spherical. Airflow control here in the spirit of the “latest trends” – with the help of interchangeable nozzles. Yes, of course, with the help of turning the dome relative to the base, it can also be trimmed, but do not look for great variability, which Vapefly atoms have always been famous for. Nevertheless, I would prefer a few traditional holes with different diameters, plus the same interchangeable nozzles. Then it would be gorgeous. And so on a completely open airflow (without jets) we get an average in tightness distinct hookah puff. However, it will succeed in fulfilling a cigarette puff, albeit not the tightest one. By the way, the suction of excess air is scanty, the noise is uncritical. 3mm air inlet.
The tank capacity is very impressive, especially in the context of MTL. Enlarge it does not work – and whether it is necessary at all. The tank is refilled through a shallow hole, however, it “works” perfectly even with thick noses of gorilla vials. Probably somewhere there is a hole for bleeding air, because the tank is refilled at a time. In normal condition, it is covered by a dome, for refueling you need to combine the air intake hole with the refueling or remove the dome altogether. Hint on the sidewall is available.
The deck here is simple and convenient, by design it is more like single-spiral DTL instances.
In total there are two racks for the correct fixation of only one spiral, moreover, wound in any direction. Hexagon screws – behave perfectly, two sets of spare, one of them under the slot. The cuts in the racks under the legs are wide, the edges are prudently raised. On the back of each rack, I also drank for the convenience of trimming excess legs after fixation. The distance between the posts is approximately 7.4mm, between the screws 7mm. I suppose you are guessing what I’m getting at, but more on that at the very end.
Blowing the bottom, the main hole is 3mm with a small diameter. A thread is cut inside it – replaceable nozzles are screwed there. In total, six such pieces are provided for and this is very good news. Their sizes are respectively 0.9 / 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.1 / 2.5mm. As you know, you won’t be able to change them for hot, therefore, you will first have to select the required air tightness, and only then service the tank.
